Volunteers: there are 2 types of volunteers, one that is registered and has extra time to help out, and the second is someone that is NOT registered, but would like to help. The person that is NOT registered, will not be able to sign up for classes or attend Retreat meals and may only participate in Chapter raffle or sales, they will not be able to purchase NCCC Raffle tickets.
